Admission into B.ASLP program is completely on merit and first-cum-first serve basis and the admission will be given based on percentage of marks in 12th std/PUC and personal interview. The following documents have to be submitted in original along with two sets of photocopies during admission.

Karnataka students: 12th Std./ PUC marks card, Transfer certificate, conduct certificate, 10th std marks card, Caste certificate (in case of OBC/SC/ST students), Aadhaar card or any other address proof, 10 Passport size photos.

Non-Karnataka students in India: 12th std marks card, Transfer certificate, conduct certificate, Migration certificate, 10th std marks card, Caste certificate (in case of OBC/SC/ST students), Aadhaar card or any other address proof, 10 Passport size photos.

NRI & International students: 12th std or Equivalent marks card, Transfer certificate, conduct certificate, 10th std marks card, Passport copy, Equivalence certificate from Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi (http://www.aiu.ac.in/evaluation/evaluation.asp) and Eligibility certificate from Vijayanagara Sri Krishna Devaraya University, Ballari, Student VISA Copy from Indian Embassy, 10 Passport size photos.

Hostel facilities Shravana Institute of Speech and Hearing provides hostel facilities separately for boys and girls with well nourished food and fully furnished accommodation on sharing basis at reasonable cost.
